Team Future Members Q&A
What do I get as a Team Future member?
The Stage 1 includes the free annual subscription for one horse, plus the initial faecal egg count.
How do I sign up for my free stage 1?
You can either register your and your horses details on-line by setting up an account or by contacting one of the Intelligent Worming Advisors on 01267 223322.
What if I have more than 1 horse?
You can sign all your horses up at the same time, the annual subscription for each subsequent horse will be £18.50 for the year (discounts apply for 3 +), and the initial faecal egg counts are £12.50 per horse.
What is the process once I have registered my details for my FREE stage 1?
You will be contacted to find out when you last wormed and what with, our consultants will then determine the best date to take an initial faecal egg count. We will then send you out a Horse Information Sheet which you will need to complete and return, along with a faecal egg count kit.
Once we have recieved the Horse Information Sheet back your consultant will then carry out a detailed risk assessment analysis, they will then wait for the results of your initial faecal egg count. When the faecal egg count results are received your consultant will interpret these and then along with the risk assessment analysis, design a detailed 12 month programme for your horse.
When the programme has been designed our consultants will call you up run through the strategy of the programme with you and make sure you understand it, the cost of the programme will then simply be the chemicals of faecal egg counts within your programme.
Once you are happy with your programme design, a full detailed copy of your horse's programme will be sent to you, and the treatments (chemicals or faecal egg counts) will arrive on your doorstep a week before they are due so all you will need to do is open the envelopes and follow the instructions.
